Bipolar and manic depression are the same thing.
Now Bipolar and Depression are different. Just as bipolar there are different kinds of depression also.

NO, they are not the same thing. Depression is just down, being bipolar, means when you're happy & things are good ... they're REALLY GOOD, but when things are bad, they're REALLY BAD. We all have cycles, being bipolar is just a little more extream.

they are the same thing....manic depression...manic side of it is the bad pole.......the depressed side is the other side...other pole....that is two poles...bi-polar.
