Knees are fine but achy at times. Jogging and stair climbing do a lot of damage in the long run.

Knees are good..

But running too much is not good.. You develop some water build up on your knees..

Alot of athletes get it, and they get arthroscopic surgery.. To remove the build up water in the knees.

I run all the time in gym... But sometimes it hurts in my Achilles..
But it heal in the process.
