It is dependant on your definition of LOVE and who you are in love with and the outcome of you loving them.
Unconditional Love has no price it is free and can never be too much even when the person you love hurts you.
Jesus Said Pray for those who despitefully use you and speak lies against you (Paraphrased).
This is a good example where the Bible has been translated from Greek and in the English Version the word is "Love" where if you have a concordance and lookup the reference the Word "Love" can mean any of the words below. This helps to understand what "Love" is especially when you have not been loved.
The Greek language has four words for "love":
1. Agápe, Christian love. In Latin, it is c(h)aritas. As English has the verb
"cherish" from this Latin noun, the correct noun in English would be cherishing.
It is unselfish Christian love as taught by Christ in the Sermon on the Mount
and is summed up by St. Paul the Apostle in 1 Corinthians 13.
2. PhilÃa or the love between friends.
3. Storgé or familial love, especially between parents and their children and also with close relatives.
4. Ãros, which has got a pagan sexual sense, a Platonic philosophical sense, and a
Christian sense found in the Fathers. The basic meaning is attraction. It is used
for a Christian's being pulled toward God (and the Saints). It is cultivated by
Christians striving to understand and obey God.
John 3 : 16 reveals God's love for us, his son being crucified shows the level God is willing to surrender himself for our needs.
A husband should be prepared to lose his life for his wife as Jesus was willing to die for the Church is this too much Love?

oh yes... especially when they hold little interest in you! It's great when you're soooo inlove with eachother, but even then the balance can tip, and if it tips a lot one person can start feeling suffocated and the other neglected...
Although apparently there are two roles in a relationship known as the lover and the loved, so perhaps one person always loves the other more, I just don't think you should love TOO much.
I'm so cynical!!

I think the only person you can love too much of is yourself. You definitely need to love yourself in order to love others, but not go overboard.

Well, I haven't eaten or slept since I met you Billy!!
But seriously - depends on who you love. With your kids, no - but I always think it's a little unwise to wrap yourself too much around someone else.

no, there is no such thing as loving someone too much, but if you do so, you do the right thing,a woman wants that kind of love, and if it's not appreciated, than it's not your fault. Keep up the good work.
