Many ways depending the kind of stress you're facing. Try deviating your mind from what stresses you. If you're stressed from work, dont even talk or think about it once you leave your workplace! Nobody is worthed being so stressed about work where life has so much more to offer than working for a corporation which feeds us till we retire. Have you tried doing something you like apart from working? How about playing some sports which you really like? Football? Ice hockey? Basketball? Skating? Try relocating your freetime doing something that interests you. If you're still single, go out for a date! Have a fabulous time getting to know your date and explore the other side of life apart from being a geek. Try yoga, some self meditating stuff. Go out and socialise with the positive group of people, contact your buddies and old friends. Get along together during weekends. Catch some really good movies, go do something you like. Have a night drive along the bay, go shout your heart out and believe me, that helps~ If you're married with a wonderful partner with beautiful kids, go enjoy and have a quality life with your family. Depending on what stress you're saying, always remember that prolongation of stress will lead to negative effects in the future ie heart problems. Read a good book, go travel an search for yourself apart from being so stressed up. See the other side of the world and start to realise how lucky you really are to be able to ask people's help to relieve stress online =) Hope this helps!

I handle stress many ways. I would sometimes keep a journal and write all my stressful events down so I can look at it from another angle instead of them all cluttering in my head. I also talk to people about them, like family members and friends, just basically anyone I trust. Sometimes I play instruments or go on a brisk walk to get rid of stress. There are many different coping techniques. You just have to find the one that works for you. Even doing something relaxing, like watching tv or chatting with a friend, can minimize stress Just any enjoyable activity. I can adapt to change pretty well. I'm pretty versatile.

Just stop carrying the world upon your shoulders. It's not a matter of just finding a way to handle everything, even the stress you get when you want to control too many things. Live your own life, if you can help others, do it, but do what you can and stay calm. Also, try to have some fun, doing some activity that you like, you deserve to be happy.

Exercising is a great way to relieve it. Sometimes just talking to someone about it. It all depends what kind of stress it is. Sometimes when there's too much of one thing, its a good idea to take a break from it. Just take it easy. There are many ways to handle it!

learn what triggers you - find ways to deal with those
nutrition, vitamins
consume less caffeine and alcohol, maybe less sugar
exercise and meditation, maybe yoga.
those are the top things to try.
More specific "solutions" are depend ant on the specific problems
some junior colleges, some medical centers, some rec centers have classes on handling stress
