In the weather we have had lately nothing quenches my thirst, god how do you drink your concoction, no wonder your so thirsty salt does that to you, try some lemon barley water instead, it flushes the kidneys and gets rid of toxins and with the amount your putting in your body with all that salt and Dr Pepper you sure need a good flush.

That sounds interesting, I'll have to try it!
My favourite for a hot sunny day is a glass nearly full of orange juice then you put enough ice in it to cover the top and pour a layer of cranberry juice over the ice, if you pour slowly enough it'll stay on top, its such a nice drink! Wish I had one right now!

Water
now this is a good tip put a plastic bottle of water in the freezer
next morning you take with you a bottle of solid ice during a hot day it melts slowly and you will have cold water all day
bigger the bottle longer it lasts
