I wanna be good at English How?

i am korean and living in south korea. i wanna be good at english.. first i will attend a english language institute in korea and what shall i do next?

my reading ability in english is not bad, but my listening or speaking is bad.. when i have a talk with someone in english, my talk is short.. also when i listen to english hiphop music, i can't get what they say

영어를 하는 사람으로서... 어쩔때, 한국에 있는 영어 학원 선생님들은 호주 사투리나 영국 사투리로 가르치는 것으로 알아요. 미국식 영어도 미국사람한테 배운다고 잘되는 것 도 아니에요.

제일 좋은 방법은 미국으로 유학/대학을 다니는게 좋을 것 같습니다. . . 하지만, 그것이 안되면, 미국영화나 책을 많이 읽으면, 대화가 더 잘될 것 같습니다.

Listening이 잘안되면 영화나 음악을 이용하시고, speaking이 안되시면 영어를 하는 사람과 대화 하는 것이 최고입니다. 그리고 writing이 안되면, 책을 많이 읽으시고, 영어 다이어리를 쓰세요.

Find some good books that will help you. Ask the instructor for simple books in English so you can practice reading them.

Can you meet people who speak English as their first language and they can help you by listening to you and giving you tips on how to improve?

You could consider attending an English speaking school in America or any other English speaking school for a year.
