sure you can give your 1 year old strawberries. But just start out with only 1 and see if he/she gets an allergic reaction. Some children are allergic
Good Luck

Yes, by 1 year my baby was eating just about everything we were. Well, except stuff that was really hard to chew like meat, nuts, and things you need teeth for. And also I wouldn't give her really spicy stuff. If there's anything you question though it's probably better to wait. You can always just chop it up with a blender or food grinder to make extra sure.

I'm going to say no based upon the little seeds, but I suppose if you tore pieces off of the strawberry, and supervised him very closely then he should be ok.

Start with only one -- some people have severe alergies to strawberries. Then, common sense. Good luck.

My son is 10 months and I introduced the strawvberries to him two months ago. I use the teething feeder from Sassy so he won't choke. He loves it!

I don't see a problem with it at all. He's one, he should have some teeth.. have at it. But remember.. strawberries stain.

Call the office of you Pediatrician and talk to the nurse. She will be able to tell you. We have no idea what your baby's medical records show.

I'd say it is ok, as long as it is well washed and everything I dont see a problem, but like someone said just start by giving him one, and see how he does....
