I have no opinion because I have no idea as to what a duggar is, but I do have 2 points for answering this!!

Ive watched a lot of their shows.....I have mixed emotions on it, I mean they are good parents, and they run a tight ship, they didnt just squirt out like 16 kids and let them run wild like hyeenas, the kids are very well behaved and I think will become good citizens when theyre older. But damn, that many kids and its lookin a little nuts if you ask me, I mean pretty soon their just going to need a full blow school bus just to go to the park. And...I dont agree with the whole "buddy system" I mean how are you gonna give your 10 year old that much responsibility? There still kids, let them be kids, youre the one that wanted to create all these children, dont put all that responsibility on a child. There a little strange, the way the mom talks bothers me, all goody goody uh! lol anyways, just my thoughts :)

On what aspect (please capitalize names - I have base knowing what you are talking about by the response of another answer who was smart enough to figure it out for herself)?
If you are talking about the size of the family then the only opinion I have is - to each his own. 16 is way too many children for me but obviously they can manage it. They are a religious family and I know very little about their practice (mostly from the opinions of others- good and bad) but I do know that such families tend to have a very strong bond. I wish them well.

I think they are probably the most stable, well-adjusted, and well-disciplined children I have ever seen. You can tell that God comes first in their home, then their parents marriage and relationship with each other, then the children.
They are a wonderful example of how discipline, organization, and a faith-based home can mean all the difference in raising children. Even 16!

They have a great family, and they are well behaved. She seems to be happy and love them all. I don't see a problem with it. They live in my town I see them a lot. They've ate in my restuarant, the children were angels.

if it works for them...fine
but don't try to make me feel guilty or less of a mother because I chose a different path
