If the swelling comes about after eating it may be worth considering if you have IBS or an intolerance to wheat, gluten or something simalar. Try doing an exclusion diet (under guidance of your GP!) to find out if this is the case.
Otherwise, it sounds as though you are crash dieting. You say you try not eating for a full day and your stomach goes flat. Of course it will, it'sempty. But bear in mind this will effect your matabalism so that when you do eat your body will store the calories (as fat) for the future. To solve this try eating little but often. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with small snacks in between such as raw carrot, fruit, salad etc or even a glass of milk. This will keep your gut moving and your matabolism raised so you burn more calories.
Finally, make sure you are eating enough fibre. I know it's boring but its important to prevent bowel problems. Not eating enough fibre can cause the type of bloating you describe.

do core muscle exercises like so..............
adopt the press up position but lay your forearm on the floor
keep your back straight and hold this position for 30 seconds
this is called the plank
now, without resting, move straight into position 2
which is roll over onto your right side BUT DO NOT LET YOUR TORSO TOUCH MAT - again, prop using your right forearm and right foot. These should be the only two points touching the floor, raise your left arm straight up into the air for balance.
After 30 seconds, return to the plank but dip your knees one at a time to touch the floor whilst maintaining a straight back
Then roll over to the left and repeat the side exercise as per the right.
Finally, return to the plank for the final 30 seconds
takes 2 and a half minutes and works the band of muscle around your lower belly, back and of course the pelvic muscles.
Sit ups will only work the top of your abs and leave you looking pigeon chested.
Also, core work will strengthen the muscles needed to do chin ups, press ups as well as sports requiring a full range of motion twisting at the waist, like rugby
Hope this helps, oh and cut off the beer and pizza lol

Ok, there are several possibilities. I'm going to hit on one of them (because it is more common than people even know). Parasites can cause this symptom. Everyone should do a parasite cleanse anyway. Once a month with simply olive leaf extract or oregano oil caps...or any of several products that can kill intestinal parasites. If your a big fruit eater you def. have some parasites. Like I said - everyone has "some". Some people more than others (immune systems differ with people so if you have a weaker immune system your "in-check balance" won't be as strong. Look into "acidic or alkaline ph" also. Carrie

I was going to say there's nothing wrong with a small porch over the tool shed until I saw your age. Personally I think nothing can beat a little exercise. Nothing extreme, just going for a swim or a bike ride every now and again. Remember we are all meant to be different shapes and sizes that's what makes us so perfect.
And forget diets, they make you feel like crap and mostly they are crap!

Since cellulite is a structural issue (muscle) it can be fixed with simple and unique body movements which target the cellulite areas. These types of moves can be followed by any woman, regardless of her age or fitness level. And it doesn?t matter if the cellulite started in the early teen years, or after pregnancy, or after menopause, it?s still a structural issue that results from soft, un-toned muscles underneath the saggy, dimpled, shadowy skin. As a medical researcher I don't really recommend phony lotions, painful treatments, crazy skin-brushing, useless body-wrapping or toxin-Flushing pill-scams. Check out this site if you want to know more about how to treat cellulite http://nocellulite.toptips.org

I found out a few months ago that milk made my stomach blow up. You might need water pills and to don't eat so much at one time, eat a small amount and a few minutes later eat a little more. My stomach is really going down, finally!

Believe me there is no better way than sit ups.
You need to tighten your belly muscles so that they remain flat.
This will reduce your stomach size as well and reduce craving for food (After time) You gotta get the flat belly first.
Make it your mission
Flat belly
then slim peorson.
