If you're worried that an illegal immigrant will take your job then you have been out-competed, period. You should have never assumed that you were entitled to your job and should have always been trying to get more education. Pursue a career that has a stronger tolerance to uneducated immigrants simply taking it from you. If you're worried about your children then make sure they get advanced degrees, i.e. accounting + cpa, electrical engineering + mba. It's getting sickening to hear everyone complaining about something they obviously cannot stop. Illegal immigration supports big and small businesses and they control America so stop whining and figure out a way to compete. That should be the word of the 21st century: Competition. America out-competed the rest of the world for their resources for hundreds of years (by hook and crook) and now the rest of the world is taking it back one low paying job at-a-time. If you're the slowest runner in the race then you're the loser. No one wants to hear you complain about how some faster Indian runner got into the race illegally. Of course the competition organizers know that but the Indian runner brings in the fans which raises ticket revenue and that's all that matters. Besides, here's the silver lining, these Mexican immigrants won't be taking your jobs for very long because they are going to make sure their children go to college and get advanced degrees so you won't be able to complain about someone taking your job: you or your children will have never have had it to begin with. And please, save your vitriol for someone who cares, I couldn't care less if I was your state's representative in Congress.

I think for whatever the reason that many people don't like illegal immigrants or those whom they see different, it shouldn't be the reason to deny their human rights.

maybe the gov't should increase the taxes double for people like you to see what it's like having tax money come out of your pay to support the illegals living here in the US. i certainly don't appreciate paying extra for someone who doesn't belong here in the first place.

LOL is that a rant, or a question? Sounds like you think that illegal immigration's a good thing for america, why do you support that position? Put down your cerveza for a minute, and re-read what you posted. I personally do NOT support lawbreakers, and that's exactly how I view illegal immigrants. The fact that you're all bent out of shape about it speaks volumes. Further, if all these illegal immigrants are so 'hard working', why is it the countries they come from are so destitute? I say get the border fence built, get the Border Patrol on the job, and start putting companies out of business that feel they're sufficiently powerful so as to flaunt our laws. This is a nation of laws, whether you want to hear it or not, and I'd like to see the law enforced in an effective manner, for a change, you know, actually do something to solve what's becoming a larger problem for america each year.

Finally: Who the hell are YOU to tell me what my opinion should be? This is an open forum, for the most part, if you don't care to hear others' views, by all means go look at a porn site. Holding forth with pro-illegal views makes me think you're either a) one of them, b) one of their employers, or c) someone who can't read a map. well first off all they are doing is bring americas economy down and then sending the money back to their country were it is worth so much more and putting low income families here out on the streets because they dont care how little they are paid cause they live 20 to a house and dont need as much the money the americans can be making could just better america instead of running down hill to turn out just like their country already is why do you think they ran over here to begin with.

i recognize countless black households that stay the following in my community and that i evaluate them my friends. we've pronounced the illegals and the jobs they're taking from our kids, i will allow you to recognize the blacks i recognize hate the illegals as a lot as I do. merely the terrific month one among my black friends and that i went to a tremendous outside commerce day close to the following we both wore Blue windbreakers with tremendous letters on the lower back ( INS ) you need to have considered the folk operating to their vehs.
