oldest trick in the book: spray it with a squirt gun or plant sprayer. they will move just at the sight of the squirter after a couple times.

get a clean squirt bottle ,,fill with water and spray it. this is also how you'd get them to stay off furniture. cats can't stand water remember? especially in the face!!! and it won't hurt them,,,,,,
