I've been teaching for 20 years, so the first thing I would do is to make school start one hour later and end one hour later (lots of reasons that make sense, but you probably don't care about that). I would also make sure tenured teachers are as responsible for their teaching as new teachers - I don't care HOW MANY years they've been teaching!

Director's of school's must be professional, and dress professional.
Female - suits, professional dresses, shirts and skirts of a reasonable length (she is not clubbing just working) hose, practical shoes - for all that hall walking.
Men - suits....tie and shirt, no sandals
act professional, be available to all the students and their children. Be FLEXIBLE....that is the most important - FLEXIBILITY!!!!
