yes you can, but it takes time.

first you slice the potato into chip thin pieces (thinner the quicker), put those all into a container. then add about 3/5th water into the container, fill the rest with vinegar, let that sit overnight.

the next day.....

heat your deep firer up to around 350f and start putting the chips in (make sure they are separated or they will be chewy and nasty). fry them up for about 30-45 sec (depending on thickness) then let them dry out. add salt (or any other spices) and you are done.

now they dont taste like normal chips, but some say they are better. for better results, use fresh CANOLA oil.

trust me, i used to make them in the kitchen i worked at.

yes u can u peel potatoes and bake them with salt and lots of vinegar on them turning them every 10-20 minutes till u think their done

I know, put some plain chips in a bowl, add some vinegar, stir and see what happens.

Yes!...just cup up potatos in thinkish slices and bake them till golden then add the vinager ontop then sprinkle on the salt...yummy!

try putting the vinigar in a spray battle and spraying it on the chips rather then pouring it on there . then just sprinkle on a little salt......but why would u wanna eat those they are horrible
