My husband ate cow brain tacos once. He said it didn't taste that bad but he couldn't get over the fact that he was eating a brain. I never went back to that restaurant for fear that brain matter might accidently get in my food. Yuck!

Yes actually lamb's brains - called sweetbeads - ate them as a child and loved them - of course, my mother never told me what they were, and I wouldn't eat them now. She used to bread them and fry them in butter and we thought they were a treat, Ahhh, the things a parent does to their offspring!!

not me but i know people who eat squirrel brains and eggs for breakfast. i have heard stories of how people in the far east eat monkey brains! gross!!!!!!!!!!!!
