How big are the parents? How are your hips (wide/ narrow) are your thighs thick but firm of skinny and what is you mid section like. If the thighs are firm and the mid not chunky then up to 115.
An athletic 12 yo with muscles(M or F) or puberty enhancement(female) may be 110- 120. Different ethnic groups grow different .
Just don't be under 95lbs

well...im 12 and im 4"10 but i have a friend that is probably close to that height and he is 120 pounds but he is extremely skinny hes sort of like a twig.i'm 116 pounds my self .
