I have always liked naming cats after candy bars and such. I have had a Kit Kat, Snickers, and Reeses. My brother has a cat named Lego -I like that for a name also. Naming a cat Piddles or other cutesy names like that are just too boring.

Fluffy, Cookie, Buddy, Brownie, Cupcake, Or Max. If nothing else works out for you then make a name that may be special to you or has related to you in a way.

'TC' (as in Top Cat)
My own cat is called 'Pepper' because we have a glass pepper shaker and the colour of the mix of different pepper corns were actually the same colour as her coat.
I'd say find out the personality of your cat first and then name it.
