l once had a reltionship with the ex g and later moved on with someone whom l am currently having a more stable relationship.However the ex still insists she is interested in me though she does not want to disrupt my relationship?

first, don't have sex with her. after that tell her you're not interested at all and she needs to back off.

Try to stay away from wherever she is going to be - tell your new girlfriend about it so that there is no comeback.

Tell the ex how much in love with the new girl you are - just keep talking about the new girl.

The ex can only have sex with you if you allow her to. Try to keep your new girl with you at every opportunity to make it hard for the ex to be alone with you.

Erm.. it sounds like she just wants easy sex, when and where she wants it. Or maybe she is trying to keep hold of you? Whatever the reason, she needs to move on and get on with her own life. Remember she is an ex for a reason. Either tell her she's a crap shag, or change your number. x
