Most major cities have talent agencies which can easily be found in the yellow pages or on the internet. some will have fees associated with initializing their services, plus you will have to get professional pictures done, so it can be costly at first. But if there is an agency that seems to be asking for a LOT of money, be wary. Shop around, and be sure to ask for references.
