The best place to go to is Joxer Daly's in Culver City, near Santa Monica. It is the home of the Los Angeles Celtic Supporters Club. Great bunch of people you'll meet down there. The owner Mahaul is a wonderful host. It is located on Washington Blvd. and Sepulveda.
Another place to check out is the C*ck (don't know why it was being censored, but it rhymes with sock, wink wink) and Bull in Santa Monica. It's mostly an english crowd but a few good Scots hang about there as well. It's located on Lincoln near Pico.

Ask at your nearest T.V.store. They'll be able to tell you. Personally I think you'll probably need to get Senanta to see the Scottish Premier League games. The might show the odd International game on Eurosport though. Sorry, I presume you have Eurosport. If they don't know at the T.V.store then just phone, write or e-mail the national T.V.station and they should be able to tell you. I hope I've been of help.
