Don't keep sugar cubes near you, thus they won't be tempting...watch out on the ice though, it can wreck the enamel on your teeth...if you want something crunchy, shoot for something that will be tooth friendly, but not unhealthy to consume in quantity...the old style hard granola bars perhaps?

Quit cold turkey, or try sugar free (like for diabetics, uses nutrasweet) hard candy. It can be found in diet or pharmacy sections in store.

That is a nasty habit, I fear for your teeth. Ice, however, is a different texture. Honestly you should just go cold turkey and quit doing it!

i know its hard breaking, a habbit, i have tons, but just pretend the sugar cubes are posin or something that will turn u off of eating them.
