id like to know some fan art making programs that you can just download from the internet? something like photoshop

there are many programmes that are open source (free for download),one of the most popular open source programmes is The Gimp which is available here http://www.gimp.org/ . You may find this programme a bit complicated ,but you can always find other programmes....good luck
