Who is Floyd Landis ??

Everyone who says Floyd did dope is not giving him the benefit of the doubt. No one has even allowed for the chance his hip treatments could have caused the irregular drug test.

There is no drug that would enter the human system within a day to create such a result. If he was doping it would have shown in the pre race screening. Why do I bring this up? Because for most doping cases doping takes at least a week before procedure for the drug to take effect and with the international doping watch dogs all over this years Tour, they would have found something before the conclusion of the Tour.

He did not cheat, dope or even lie about this situation. If he did why would he ask for the chance to prove he is innocent?

I really believe he did not. This would be completely out of character for someone with a Mennonite upbringing.
Without implying anything, sometimes one wonders to what extremes French and European anti-Americanism is able to go.

I would say yes! First test result was positive for doping. Let me guess there is another conspiracy theory going on here...

My belief? Nope.

I believe that the current tests and standards are flawed and are likely to have too many false positives. (I practice statistics and spend way too much time finding the flaws in testing practices).

NO! The levels of testosterone would have shown on more than one stage if he was taking steroids. I think it was from the medicine he was allowed to have for his hip.
