Spinach is good for iron. Lettuce has little value.

Depends on your taste, the one with spinach would be just as good as the one with out spinach.

Both sound pretty healthy, The sandwich on WW would be more filling and longer lasting

the much bread you avoid the better, it doesnt matter if is made with heaven diet doe.

neither one as long as there are sauces on them. Maybe go with a liight cream cheese (flavored if you can)

The wrap. It has more carbs. But, they are good carbs and better for your body..

depends on what you are going for...both are healthy but what are you trying to achieve?...less carbs or does it matter...this is the only difference i see...calories may adjust slightly
