Yes, I am a Christian. What makes me a Christian? I am saved. What makes me "saved"?

Romans 10:9-10
For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. [10] For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

It really is THAT simple. : )

I AM A CHRISTIAN!!!
I don't care what all you non-believers think.

A person with an experience is never at the mercy of someone with an opinion.

I was a sinner extraordinaire, I was a part of the life that everyone thinks they want, but I felt so empty and lonely, I could not understand. I was supposed to be happy to be high or drunk all the time. I grew up barely Catholic and didn't know squat about God or Jesus. One day I just couldn't take it anymore. It was either something change or I was going to kill myself. I was practically homeless because I was spending almost every penny on partying. One morning I screamed, "GOD HELP ME!". Within one week my brother, who I hadn't talked to in years called me and eventually I agreed to go to church with him. After that my life changed FOREVER!!!!! On top of that I have heard of people that I used to party with either homeless or dead. I have a REAL reason to say that God saved my life. It wasn't the church that I attended, it was God. He helped me realize that I had so much to live for.

So, all you Christian haters, I have one thing to say to you.
Don't knock it until you've tried it, FOR REAL.

Yes. I am a christian because Jesus saved me from Hell by forgiving me of my sin and paying the price from my sin on the cross. He has made (and is making me) into the likeness of Himself. I believe that Jesus Christ is the only Son of God and is God. I believe that He died on the cross for my sin and that He rose from the grave on the third day.

Yes I am. What makes me a Christian is that in realizing I can't do anything to get into heaven but that it is by grace through faith that God has given me salvation and not by works and realizing that no amount of "good" I do will erase the sins I have committed, but instead what I mentioned before that it is by grace through faith.

We don't do good things to become Christian, we should do them because we are Christian.

in a sense -- prefer to call my self a believer
so much has been done under the guise of Christianity that some people just take offense-------look at the dark ages during the Inquisition & the curesades
GOD does not want us to force anyone to be something that they are not they must choose their own road by free will----it is great to tell them though why we love the father son & holy spirit
so keep up the great work BLESS YOU
happy day old geezer

No, I am not a Christian. Although my parents tried to raise me as one. To be quite honest, the thought of someone dieing hundreds upon hundreds of years ago for sins he couldn't even fathom at the time is what i would call a delusion of grandeur on Jesus' part.
