It is pretty much a very shallow reason for you to leave her. She just needs to cool down and when she is okay already, you can talk to her again. Give her some space and time off, she just needs that much now. Unless you have other BIGGER reasons why you want to leave her, then you need to look into those things more diligently. We all have our ways in coping with disappointments, just understand what she is going through. :)

I really don't think your wife hanging up on you in the middle of a conversation is divorce worthy. If there are other problems, then that's different. I think The brother and the friend should help pay for the repairs or do the repairs themselves. When they were driving the car it was their responsibility to take care of it. If it was just a mechanical issue I'd say she should just get over it, but since it was an accident I think she has a right to be upset.

i would be upset too. you should have made sure that your brother had some money for a just in case type of thing. your brother should fix it since he had a wreck in it. especially if it was his fault. if it wasn't then make a claim on the other persons insurance. that may not work though since your brother isn't on the car's insurance. and don't leave your wife just because she hung up on you. that's stupid. and besides. . . i have a feeling that she is going to hang up on you even more. good luck.
ps. remember. . . it was HER car that got wrecked because YOU let your brother drive HER car and now she doesn't have anything to drive.

So let me get this straight. YOU loaned YOUR Brother HER car and HE screwed it up so SHE can't drive it. And now, YOU are thinking of leaving HER because your foolish actions caused her to be w/o a car and SHE got a little pissed.
Why didn't you let YOUR brother drive YOUR car?
I would do her a favor. Either grow up and take responsibility for your own actions or do her the favor and divorce her. Sounds like that would be the best thing for her.

Of course you shouldn't leave her. People get frustrated and angry and they take it out in many ways. I'm sure that your wife was just tired of the situation and feels that it is your fault and didn't want to deal with what was being said on the phone and hung up on you. At least she didn't go and sleep with another man huh!?! haha
