I love you a lot, my love
"te amo mucho" and "te quiero mucho" have both the same translation, if you look in a dictionary it will translate "quiero" as 'want' but in this context, means 'love'.
PS. It's "quiero", not "quierro" ;)

Te quiero mucho is more like family and friends saying , I like you, no more than a friendship, but a good one...
Te amo mucho is more like boyfriend or girlfriend saying I love you,,, or like me to an H2,,, I love you.

It is a little messed up of a translation to Spanish, but the closest translation back to English is: "I love you a lot, and I want you a lot my love". Hope this helps. And don't worry, you can trust my answer, I took 4 years of Spanish.

"Te amo mucho" means "I love you so much". "Te quieRo mucho mi amor" means "I love you so much baby".

"Amo," literally means love; 'te amo mucho' means "I love you a lot."
"Quiero," literally means 'want, or desire.' In your sentence it means "I like you a lot, my love."
If you want to tell someone you love him/her, I would use 'amo' rather than 'quiero.'
Hope that helped.

It basically says the same thing twice "I love you alot"....but if you want to go literal:
"I love you alot and I want you alot my love" which doesnt really make sense.
So its really "I love you alot" twice and then it says "my love"
