i am 14 and 5'2". mom is 5'7" and dad is 6'0".
can i grow 6 inches?

You have about 4 years until you stop growing. It's a fast ride from there. I didn't hit 6' until I was about 17 then I stopped there.
I was short enough when I was 14 that I could barely see the top of my locker in school. You'll be peaking pretty soon. Enjoy the ride.

Well you were 5'4" a few months ago. You better remeasure.
Are you mail or female. My son really did not grow until he was almost 17.
If you are male the odds are you will grow a lot yet.

yea you'll most likely grow taller ur only 14 you still have like 4 years to finish growing. dont be embarrsed of being small im 13 and 4'9" but everyone thinks thats cute:D

well i dont think there is any "healthy" teniques to grow thats just how our nature of body works and progress just let yourself finish growing
