I don't. But looking at the situation in the Middle East, it seems like the sort of thing that would have the end-times happy fundies in a kerfluffle. Do you think it's the end of the world and if so, why?

We are living in the end times. Jesus is coming very soon. Daniel 12:4, matthew 24,.... so on. Also there are people who have been chosen by God as eyewitnesses and are sent to tell the world that the end is very near. You can find these books easily at your local Christian bookstore or Internet. Jesus is the Truth. Read your bible. God Bless.

At the time of Jesus, everyone thought the end was coming. Greece was having major earthquakes and there was probably some volcanic action going on which was causing various parts of the sea to boil...the Bible even quotes Jesus as saying, 'There will be some of you who will not taste of death before these things happen' (Matthew 16:28)
I've watched a few shows on global warming and have heard that the earth has warmed and cooled for all of recorded time but I haven't heard whether or not it could warm too much this time b/c of pollution-it seems implied that those who worry about global warming are raising a political issue but several other countries are concerned and taking steps themselves; I've heard that if the situation between the Middle Eastern countries gets worse, we'll all end up in WW III...So, it doesn't sound good but if you look at disasters from the past, there always seem to be some survivor's

No, but we are getting there, and it has little to do with the Middle East, except as an example of how we will recklessly pursue bankrupted policies. Pollution, destruction of non renewable resources, global warming, the fact that nations will not agree to corrective action if it threatens their economy or self interests all are leading us to a tipping point when it will be too late.

it could be, reasons below:
1)we have nuclear bombs and are possibly going into WW III

2) there are giant asteroids that are coming straight at earth and will be here in about 30 years, but no worry, one of these is only the size of great Britain.

3) we are so quickly overpopulating that in order to just sustain a food supply, we need to get the hell off of this plaint.

4) the sun consistently has been spewing out giant solar flare that are increasingly bigger and if one is big enough and aimed at earth, well the temperature will rise swiftly (instantly) to 10,000 degrees.

is that enough reasons or do i need to list the other 50

Yes its getting to the end of the world! But there is several things that have to happen. Peace declared in Isarel, anti-christ rising and the mark of the beast. The 7 year tribulation is coming and alot more prophecy. The rapture of the church is coming and then the wicked and evil men and women of this earth are going to punished for there modern day Sodom and Gomorha
and all our other diseased infested sins we have. Oh wait, like murdering babies, incest, molesting of babies. The list goes on and on and on. What makes us think God is going to destroy the wicked, he did it before and he's going to do it again.
It's time for America to start praying for mercy and get right with God! Eternity is a long time, and Jesus is coming back sooner then people realize or think. Its easy to do, God in Jesus name Iam a horrible sinner and I want Jesus to be my Saviour of this wicked world, I beleive Jesus died and rose from the dead for my sins, so I can spend Eternity in Heaven and not Hell.
Its going to get worse America, mark my words the wicked will pay for their sins and the Christians will vanish!!!
God Bless

No, but hopefully its the end of religions having any kind of political power in the world. Its time for rational people to stand up and reclaim the earth before the crazies decide to blow it up.

No, we've dealt with such violence before.

Granted, there are now nuclear weapons in the mix which could destroy the entire planet, but I don't think anyone has enough of them to combat the US' insane stockpile, so they wouldn't go that far unless they wanted their entire country sent back to the times of cavemen. Which, that is entirely possible for someone to want that, but I still say no.

No way is it the end of the world. The present always seems worse than the past. If the apocalypse happens, you'll know it.

Yes it is. Its all in the Bible. The earth is getting hotter -we call it global warming but its just hell is overflowing. Hailstones falling are getting bigger, as big as softballs, and the bable forsees them actually weighting 100 pounds each in the end. Now Isreal. What more proof do you need?
