Its a toxic nerve poison that is used to replace sugar in food and drinks.

You may know of it as Nutrasweet, Canderel and so on, it is also the main sugar replacement in Diet drinks.

It is the biggest cause of the obesity problem in the states. The company that makes it Monsanto has banned any products that contain Aspartame from their staff canteens worldwide. The US, UK and Russian airforces do not allow their pilots in the cockpit if they have had an products containing Aspartame like diet coke in the last 24 hours.

It makes you crave fatty sugary foods as it attacks you nervous system and you need energy fast. If you have a can of diet drink, you may find yourself cravings somehting sugary from 30 min to 2 hours after.

Read up on it, its one of the crimes of this world. It causes more problems that compnaies like Monsanto then supply you with a life time of drugs to combat the effects! They are creating their own market to increase their profit.

Thanks for listening ot my rant!

Aspartame, (IPA: /ˈæs.pɹ̩ˌtejm/ or /əˈspɑɹˌtejm/), is the name for an artificial, non-carbohydrate sweetener, aspartyl-phenylalanine-1-methyl ester; i.e., the methyl ester of the dipeptide of the amino acids aspartic acid and phenylalanine. It is marketed under a number of trademark names, such as Equal, and Canderel, and is an ingredient of approximately 6,000 consumer foods and beverages sold worldwide. It is commonly used in diet soft drinks, and is often provided as a table condiment. It is also used in some brands of chewable vitamin supplements. However, aspartame is not always suitable for baking, because it often breaks down when heated and loses much of its sweetness. In the European Union, it is also known under the E number (additive code) E951. Aspartame is also one of the sugar substitutes used by diabetics.
