I am trying to get a copy of a police report for an animal abuse/neglect case. Any suggestions of how I can perform this search online? I do not know the name of the individual.

You have to go to the police station where the report was made, request the report using their form request & you may have to pay for the copy of the report. You can get a copy only if you were the one who made the report or the report is about you & your pet(s)- in other words, you are a "party to the action".

Most likely the case will not be on the internet. You have to go to the police station and get a copy.

I doubt you will be able to do it online. I would try calling the police agency that took the report.

Go to the precinct and see if you can be given a sheet.
