Sexy in Arabic is said like this: ghizal. So if you want to say he's sexy, you would say: Inta ghizal. But I don't think that would be right so think of what he does that is sexy, like his smile, for his smile it would be said like this: "Ana baheb dahkitak el ghizal." sexy ,the English word, is used now by youth westernized Arabians in the same meaning سكسي .while the exact translation word is "jinsy" جنسي but it is not used normally
the Arabic daily used words are;
mutheer,the "th" like in think, مثير male
waseem,handsome,وسيم male
hilo,beautiful,حلو male
Jamil,beautiful, حلو male
the closer to sexy is mutheer

Here in Lebanon we say sometimes "Hal soora sexy". But if you want it more formal, you can say "soora jazzaba".
