Psalms 92:10:
10 You have exalted my horn [a] like that of a wild ox;
fine oils have been poured upon me.
Don't take the Word of God out of context and prevert it. That only makes you dig a deeper hole than you can get out of.

Sure, if you're ready to withstand the consequences of mocking God. You go right ahead. You may think you're getting away with something---but you won't escape the wrath of God; nor will you be able to cry out loud enough when you are cast into the lake of fire.
Galatians 6:7
Be not deceived; God is not mocked:
for whatsoever a man soweth,
that shall he also reap.

It doesn't make sense, it's out of context, in the NKJV its worded.
But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox,
I have been anointed with fresh oil.
I don't think the Lord would want you confusing people out of their minds.

Free speech doesn't extend to behavior that might cause harm to others. If you did this outside a venue, it would be fine. If you do it inside a stadium, blocking the view of others behind you, it would be reasonable for security to remove you, because you might otherwise spark a fight leading to a dangerous crowd situation.
Our right to free speech is not infinite - it has limits.
I doubt that anyone would be swayed by your sign in their beliefts; so if that is your intention, it would be a waste of time.

Nobody does any good by sporting Bible verse signs at any event, or to any audience. What prophet in the Bible ever did such a thing?
An effective witness to anything uses his own words to communicate.

I think you would be. Not because you are tooting your own "horn" but because 99.9% of the people that see you will not know that Bible verse. All they will see is someone quoting the Bible. And that will make them think of God. So yes, you and your "horn" can work for God.

The answer is a resounding yes - if and only if after having been led by the Holy Spirit to do so.

No sporting event is complete unless there is at least one imbecile holding up a religious sign. Is it a sign from God, I wonder?

dude, you would go to heaven so quick if you made and held that sign. You could like, murder and rape people and still it would be alright, in God's eyes! But only if you had the sign in full view when you were doing such 'atrocities'.
