It isn't what your mother or your family wants. What is it you want ?
You have to look into options.Do you have a part time job or a full time that will pay for your expenses such as food, bills, clothing? How about a place to rent after school is over or do you have friends or family to go home to?
What if there is an emergency? Who will be the closest relatives you have and will they come to your need?
Are you currently in college or starting college? If you are planning on moving,You have to check into schools in OK about transferring your credits.
How bad shape are your grandparents? Will there be other family members available to help your mother and grandparents?
This is something that should not be taking lightly..Once you had reviewed the options, you will know what to do.

If you can move your base from Texas to Okla.., then move by all means.
If you are young and going to school, then you need not worry about making new friends. In fact, you will then have two different set of friends.
If you are working and its not feasible to move, then do not move for now. Stay in Texas and gradually find a job in Okla... and transition your move....
Moving along with Mom would in general be a good idea so that you can be close to family, have help/guidance when you need and have free rental/meal also ;)
But if moving is completely out of question due to some of your reasons, then by all means stay in Texas......

I know your Grandparents are important people in your life, but you are in college and you need to think ab out your future. If you quit school to move your chances of going back to college are slim and none. Oklahoma is not that far from Texas you are close enough to go and visit often. Ask your Grandparents they would never want you to give up college, or mine wouldn't have.

You should do what you feel is right. Do you want to be close to your grandparents? If you do, then the choice is simple. Go. They won't be around forever. You might want to make all the memories you can with them, so you'll always have something to remember them by.

What do you want to do?
It's not what you should do, but what do you WANT to do.
If you move with her, will you be happy? If you stay in Texas, will you feel guilty?
Do the thing that will make you feel happy.
