i Believe in god with out a doubt but i dont think that telling others that its hell or god is the best way. god is forgiving. Right!! then if some one dies that didn't believe and god see them to be truly sorry for not having faith then i believe god will be the better person and let that person go to heaven. I dont believe that you have to force others to follow in gods foot steps.

Boy, it's getting hot in here...smells like sulfer too, lol! Hell is a metaphore for living an evil life. Humanity is supposedly inherently evil in the Christian view so we're all in hell in now. Of course there's an out...accept Jesus and be saved. Can't you see the hypocracy in all this CRAP...Too complicated..Jesus can't separate you from your actions and their consequences had you been evil. Just live a good life respecting others and the environment, loving those closest to you, having compassion/empathy for those that have less than you, being charitable and willing to help others...PEACE!

I believe if heaven and hell exist as the way the bible decribes it and the only way to get in is by living word for word Gods commandments we are all going to hell even if you do claim Jesus as your savior. You so called Christians cant even agree among yourselves what you believe and you expect us to take you seriously. You gossip among each other you take money from the poor and call it blessing them while your living on thier wages and you pass judgement on us becouse we dont believe in your God. Maybe your the reason noone believes in God or Heaven did you ever think of that?

In this life some people believe that this is hell but god said it is consist fire which is everlasting , for example when we burn our hands we feel the pain so why would you want to be in a furnance for ever.If i have to choose I will try my best to live the life so i can go to heaven I would not want to help god to go to hell instead of waiting

God had his or her chance. There is no such thing as hell, but i will say this much, if hell existed as it does in the mind of a religious person, i would love to go to hell, it sounds like it would be a kick *** party.

we don't give God the chance,He is the Creator .hence He is the only one who has the right to give people the chance.as for hell,i believe that there is heaven and hell, but i hope i would go to heaven.i know that God will not let me down-or anybody else-as long as i try to do what He wants.

"Indeed, if we consider the unblushing promises of reward and the staggering nature of the rewards promised in the Gospels, it would seem that Our Lord finds our desires, not too strong, but too weak. We are half-hearted creatures, fooling about with drink and sex and ambition when infinite joy is offered us, like an ignorant child who wants to go on making mud pies in a slum because he cannot imagine what is meant by the offer of a holiday at the sea. We are far too easily pleased."

nobody knows if there is a god or if there is a heaven or if there is a hell. and nobody knows if there is any of this what form it takes. therefore, if there does happen to be a god we have absolutely no idea of what would motivate god to do anything for us, if it could even happen, or what gods values are. no proof has ever been presented since the beginning of time.

I remain open to god, but there are two issues.

One - many of the core dogmatic beliefs of many religions are self contradictory. I.e. "Love your neighbor as yourself" vs. "All gays are evil and belong in hell." (this is just one, modern example, I could go into more).

Two - which religion is right? They all say "God chose us" and "God wrote our holy book that says everyone else is wrong". They can't all be right, so how do you chose?

Instead, I choose to live my life as best I can and hope whatever god (if there is one) out there sees that and accepts me for it. If he/she can't see beyond the narrow view most religions give him/her, then he/she isn't a god I would want to follow anyway.

I do give God a chance. I just refuse to listen to the self righteous, judgemental, ill mannered, small minded idiots who call themselves religious, of any religion. There is a HUGE difference between God and earthly religion. If you can't see that, I pity you
