I think that your question and most of the answers assume that the Israeli nuclear weapons would be delivered by ballistic missile. I seriously doubt that Israel has any long range missles. Perhaps medium range missles. It just seems that small tactical nuclear weapons that could be delivered by aircraft would make the most sense for their region of the world and the nature of their conflicts.
Air delivered bombs are small and easy to hide, move and defend. Missles however are easier targets are higher less reliable technology. The Jericho 2 missile has a range of 2,400 miles. (not intercontinental)
They possess the best airforce in the region by far! f-15s, f-16s, IAI Kfirs all very capable of delivering the weapons with pin point accuracy,

as per the report of the British journalist early eighties, Israel had More than 200 nuclear war heads, All Arab countries Capitals were targeted with more than 120 war heads!!! by now God knows how big is their target list is, since the global frostration is increasing rapidly due to their awful stands and the barbaric action against many countries and their stubborn stamina, on the other hand, how many more war heads do they have now!!!, not mentioning the development in high-tech they applied to upgrade their weapons to be more destructive. ..I can imagine their war heads are targeting: 45% of Asia Continent, 30% of Africa, 5% of Europe, 2% of America's Continent, with some other strategic locations in he world.

You mean the weapons that dont exist..but do..and the secret nuclear reactor that exists, but doesnt...
Its probably just pointed at every surrounding country, regardless of who it is..if Lebannon is anything to go on, theyll just fire willy nilly
