Depression is crucial and can slow your life down. Depression comes from stress, continuous dissatisfaction, and not being please in ways we know we should. Negativity is the fuel that drives depression. YOu must look at only the positive. When a person has too much time on they hands to think... it will lead to negative thoughts or off the wall feelings. Direct all thoughts positive, by complimenting yourself, reviewing your talents or gifts, and doing work on yourself to improve your direction in life. You dont chase people away, they leave on they own. If you are a down to earth person and REAL, then people will not vanish. Find your problem, get a solution, and practice til perfect. You know rights and wrongs so watch the decisions you make in life. You must learn to get along with others as well as say "F" them. You can not wonder about others judgement about you and focus on yourself. Its your life and "you live for, what you die for". So if you want to be pretty, successful, have a nice family, and other pleasures... start acting like it and try to kill yourself working hard at perfection. Emotions get the best of us when we are alone, so find a hobby as well as do "homework on yourself". Depression will just lead to more negative thoughts, slow down your growth in life, and make you anti social to the world. We need you! lol If you ever accomplished something small and felt good, then you know that feeling. Stack accomplishments with yourself, think positive by being happy go lucky, and work patience into your personality as most of society will give you problems for the rest of your life. Learn to deal with them, as patience gets you deeper into a problem to solve it or even analyze it more. Stress is a call for action... meaning you must work on solving what stressed you. Dont beat yourself up emotionally just cus of a problem is there, solve it with action. Babies cry and hope someone else helps and adults worry while working. Get grown and keep ya head up and heart strong. Life is gonna change, so be ready not sad. More education, more understanding of others, and more stress relief will help you. So you should either think of going to college or work, have patience with idiots in world, and exercise. All these will get ya more closer to a happiness and personal pleasure. Well depression, negativity, and low self esteem either stems from things that have happened to you in the past or it could be the people that you are associating with now. You should probably seek therapy (which isn't a bad thing, most people need it) and find out why you feel the way you do. I know plenty of people that had low self esteem from bad relationships they had with people, which could be family, significant other, friends, co-workers, etc. Just think about the song "Don't worry be happy!"

Try an activity. Exercise releases adrenalin, that makes you feel good. When you catch yourself being negative, just stop it. Controling oneself is part of growing up.Children get angry and throw fits when things don't go their way. Try to think of something positive about whoever you are with.(appearance,smile, shoes, attitude,punctuality,anything). You can change how you see the world. People do it every day. When you begin to like others, they will like you too. Keep your opinions to yourself. If you can't say something nice, don't say anything. And pray to whatever deity you believe in. Focusing your thoughts in prayer always helps. I hope you can see the beauty around you soon. Life is too short to be so unhappy.

Try not to focus on the negitive in your life, live in moments and do what you love to do. Some ppl find friends more easily than others, but don't change yourself to fit in to the crowd or group you want to be in. Remember that your not alone, everyone goes through a little negitive and how you deal with it is up to you.

Tell your friends what's going on. They are the people closest to you and they will make you feel better. If that doesn't work, go to your family. And my last solution is play Dance Dance Revolution. That game ALWAYS makes me feel better. Hope I helped you.
