the fear that my obsession hurts her .. how should i resolve it?

stop thinking about it? perhaps not obsessing? not really helping am i? just think about stuff that will get your mind off the thin your obsessed about. do stuff to forget about it. or perhaps find a new hobby or sport that will get most of your attention so you can stop obsessing.

Well if you know you got an obsession of anything and you admit to it. the way to stop it is simply just wean yourself from the situation you are in that is making you obsessed. Then you will be able to get rid of the obsession as time goes on.

You stop doing it and get rid of your insecurity's, she is a person not an object, you don't own her and if you don't stop been silly you are going to lose what you love, obsession is not a possession you should have in your life.

u should always be aware that there is a limit for anything that u like. someone else might like it as well, as long as it is a non-living thing. if it is a person or your pet, try to keep relationship in mutuality.
