It's not uncommon that the meatus sticks together resulting in a split stream for a second or two (thus making a mess). This can be prevented by a quick roll of the head between the index finger and thumb before urination.
The other obvious response is that some simply can't aim.

Rudeness...leaving a mess for someone to clean up is gross. I guess in some parts of the country they're marking their territory like dogs...lol No hidden reason. Just lack of breeding and the inability to consider other people.

My man does the same thing and I believe that they do it because they are not the one that has to clean it up. Girl make his a** clean it up once or twice he will get the messege and see how fun it is to do so. I know my man gets the messege every time he goes to pee he thinks of me making him wipe his pissie stains up. GOODLUCK.

IF YOU ARE TALL HARD TO AIM I GUESS..
IF YOU ARE HALF ASLEEP YOU CAN MISS YOUR AIM!
THAT IS WHY THEY GET MARRIED TO WIPE THE TOILETS FOR THEM!
IN MY CASE TRAIN THEM TO CLEAN THE TOILET!
