No, its not okay. You have started him on a journey of junk food that will show up as obesity and poor health later on.
It is not difficult to make a more nutritious meal of oatmeal and, a glass of milk and juice. The dircctions for oatmeal is on the container - very very easy. You may also add a fruit for breakfast - an apple, peach ,pear, banana is good.

Sounds like me when I watch my nephew....he's an 11 year old string bean now. My sister feeds him healthy crap all the time...so when he comes here he deserves a treat. Junk every once and while won't hurt!

sure, its ok, just make sure you give him cereal for dinner. thats how i look at it. He ate. thats all that matters. just because society says kids have to have cereal or eggs for breakfast doesnt mean they have too. think of cold pizza. that always works for me.
