I have a brisket on the smoker.
One grill has the traditional burgers and dogs and another with chicken.
What about shrimp?

how about some vegetables, try to grill onions, tomatoes, and even mushroom, very yummy :-)

Shrimp may be OK but the idea of grilling is to rid of the extra fat. Shrimp is so high in cholestrol grilling would change just the flavor.

shrimp would be great, especially because they grill fast
consider scallops on a skewer too, also fast
how about some veggies? grilled zucchini, grilled eggplant, grilled portabello mushrooms?

how about some dessert...something sweet like grilled apple turnovers. or grill the apples and then dust them with brown sugar and Cinnamon

Try sweet onions brushed w/oliveoil cut 1/4 in. thick. I do summer squash also
