I think the perfect age for a man is about your age. Between 26-28 is good for a man. A woman's best age is 25-27. Because that way she has time to have two kids before 30. Once a woman gets 30 her metabolism slows way down and she will have a harder time losing weight. For a man....well since your not the one bearing the pain of childbirth then anytime is good for you...but I think 26-28 for a man. That way you are still young enough to enjoy your kids when they get to be teenagers and not to old and tired to do anything with them...

When you're old enough to handle all of the requirements of being a parent: providing emotional and financial support for the child(ren), when you have a steady partner (not necessarily a spouse) that won't go running off on you 2 or 3 years down the road, when you can provide everything the child(ren) needs: food, clothing, medical care, a roof over their head, good upbringing, etc.

If it's a man who is starting a family for a 28-year-old woman (by impregnating her), I'd say the best age for him to start it with her would be 32.
If it's a woman who is starting a family for a 28-year-old man (by getting pregnant with his baby), I'd say the best age for her would be 24.

When the time is right for you, it probably depends more on your partners fertility. For men though having children before they turn 55 is better for the children. Older fathers tend to have children with more mental health problems.
