Late night TV commercials: Red Hot, Quest and Tango personals fill up the airways when the Swing shift is getting off duty and there is little on Television to watch except reruns of Becker and Senfeld.
Are bimbos and mimbos the only people working the swing shift, or are there still any decent people out there in lala land actually offended by this filth? Just wondering how far we have descended.

The stations probably figure viewership is so low at those times, it's not worth running anything that's going to cost them any amount of money...that's not a time period they are very concerned with...it's the majority they hope to entertain...

I don't care what they run...if there's nothing on that appeals to me, and I happen to be awake at a late hour, I've got a lot of videos and DVDs, as well as books, and my computer, I can turn to for entertainment...

You're not so naive as to think the "hot chicks" they have advertising those call-in lines are the ones actually working the other end of the phone for the average joe sucker who spends $1.00/minute on them, are you?

Am I offended? No, not really. It's more that I'm amazed that anyone would fall for it or be that desperate.

They show that stuff at night because parents would complain if it was aired during the day. I personally don't care...there are a lot worse things to be offended by. It's just girls trying to make easy money or drunk girls being stupid (they have a guys gone wild version too now...so that kinda equals things out).

I was on the night shift/evening shift off and on for years.. Those types of advertisements/shows are offensive, and I find turning them off or using the dvd/vcr works well.

I'm 60 years old and I'm too young to watch TV after the 10 o'clock news.

I'm sorry, but I have no idea what you are talking about. I haven't had cable/satellite TV for over 4 years. Don't miss it. Got a DVD player and watch what I choose.

I love how men want to find things that are good for women to see. Guess what if we do not like it we can change the channel all by our selves.

these ads you speak of are geared toward men If they would regulate themselves and stop calling then the ads would go way

That's usually the time perverts wake up. I wish they would stop playing all those commercials then maybe we could less sexual kidnappings.
