How do you tell your good friend you love her without freaking her out and in person?

Im going to tell my good friend i love her, in person, ive never done any thing like this b4 so im just looking for some advice. I would just tell
her over the internet but i dont want to come of as a little *****, i think she has feelings for someone else but i have no idea what her reaction would be like anyways.
A little help someone?

once you're on the "chum" record, it is virtually no longer conceivable to get off of it. women recognize in the first 5 minutes how a techniques they're going to bypass with you, and could probable achieve this on the earliest conceivable time. once you've been crossed off the "i will sleep with him" record, it is totally, very confusing, and time eating to get lower back on it. You made a mistake with suggestions from getting on the "chum" record in the first position, in case you concept or wanted it to be better. Now it is too previous due. i recognize this isn't what you choose to hearken to, even if the possibilities of this operating are virtually non-existant.

Personally, I would want the guy to be really bold and do something like kiss me and tell me, but um...not sure you want to do that. Try it though! Just do something bold that will surprise her!

Yeah...the advice you need to listen to is just say you LIKE her a lot.

You don't love her anyway...it's called infatuation.
