This is a smoothie you can make and you can also experiment w/ using different fruits!
1c. ice
1 scoop ice cream
1c. fruit (any kind you want)
1c. milk
blend in blender until smooth. add sugar substitute (I use splenda) rather than sugar, because sugar cannot dissolve in cold things, and splenda can. (it also saves calories)
You can also try using yogurt instead of ice cream for a healthier approach! Good luck.
Oh! One more thing. If you use frozen fruit, you can use less or no ice, and it will be more flavorful!!! :)

Blend until it is the texture you want it to be. I

The classic " Smoothie" contains yogurt, but substitute ice cream if you must... One container of yogurt, fresh fruit, milk, fruit juice
Options are limitless
throw in a blender 1 minute. There you go.

ummmm. I think that you take a scoop of ice cream and add some fruit and blend it. Some if my recipes tell you to add ice and chop it up in there........
If you are into coffee drinks then thry this: a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, a handful of ice cubes, a tablespoon scoop or so of cool whip ( still frozen is fine) and about 2 tablespoons of instant cappuccino and blend it all. Top with a scop of cool whip and some cinnamon. it's yummy.

I make smoothies with a cup of frozen berries, a cup of vanilla yogurt, and a splash of juice, if its not sweet enough, add a Tbsp. of honey. Tasty, and healthy too.
