pal i'm interior an identical boat as you. while i became youthful I smoked and smoked and smoked and not in any respect have been given lots rigidity. as quickly as I smoke now, i'm getting extreme rigidity, and my strategies turn to an rather bleak introspective. I certainly have discovered that if I take a pair Xanax, there is no rigidity, and all mellow as quickly as I smoke. of course, that's not ideal. in my view, i haven't discovered a manner out of this. If weed makes you aggravating, and you'd be able to't look after the rigidity, then it must be superb to maintain it to cases once you pop some benzos. I certainly have even examine that marijuana could be neuro-shielding, so which you would be able to go through much less short term "benzo stupidity" while incorporating weed. decrease your expectation of marijuana. you have rigidity. It amplifies it. think of of it as a symptom it particularly is aggravated by using a drug.

How do you abuse marijuana? I've never heard of that; but I have heard of it being used. Anxiety is usually caused by many different factors, not one sole activity. It's actually a brain chemical imbalance. See a doctor, get some meds.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

It does make you paranoid all the time, but I wouldn't go as far as to say it's anxiety.
