Bachelorette parties are fun. This is the time when you take care of the bride. Buy her things that she will like. Perfumes, lingerie, jewelery. This is her night to shine. I personally think it is tacky to go to these events without a gift, however I know that some do it.

I've never given a gift at a bachelorette party...assuming you went to a bridal shower and will ultimately go to the wedding, she's gotten enough presents from you! If you guys are going out, I would suggest you offer to pay for some of the bride-to-be's drinks, dinner, or cover. If you're going to a party and you know there will be strippers, bring lots of ones! You could also offer to help pay for the stripper.

I guess if you're really concerned, you could contact the person organizing the party and ask if guests are expected to bring a gift.

You don't have to bring a gift to the bachelorette party. If you so desire, you should get gag gifts I'm sure you know the kind that I am referring to. Just something to make the bride laugh and have a good time.

It really depends on the nature of the party. My "bachelorette party" is going to be a sex toy party (NOT MY IDEA but still really funny) and well..... I'm sure you get what they should bring. But if you do wanna get a gift, get her some lingerie.
