Though most cooked food can last a week, even more, it should be noted that any food over 3 days can start to grow unsavory bacteria.

A friend who used to manage a restaurant goes through his kitchen and gets rid of ANYTHING that is over 3 days old. Food for thought...

Fresh fish should not be kept more than 2 days at refrigerator temp. Cooked fish a bit longer. I think you are already over the limit on safety and taste. If necessary, wash it and soak in lemon juice to remove the fishyness then cook well.
