Perhaps trying the University, either in the Science or Medical departments. They might donate it (if they have one) since it's being used for educational purposes. Good luck!

try to look in chinese groceries. I was able to find a pigs heart for my kids project too in a chinese supermarket here in our place. Good luck in searching!
