i'm not a big fan of it myself...but i have to say swiss over the rest.

I do like cheese. Swiss is good, but I think Mozzarella is my favorite. Although lately it has been some kind of 4 cheese shredded Mexican blend.

I am the queen of cheese lol, the best one out there would be Balderson Extra old orange cheddar...it is aged for 5 years,. a little pricey but worth it

Cheese with fruit is actually one of my favorite meals.
Smoked rambol, grana padano and parmigiano-reggiano, or wensleydale with cranberries.
When I went to Europe, I got used top the cheese their & now I cannot stand any of that nasty processed stuff they sell in the grocery stores! I order mine from the site below.

I love it ALL.. but I have to say soft goat cheese is my new favourite kind... its got such a lovely flavour.. a bit different than cow's cheese.
Just wanted to point out "american" cheese is just a nice way that americans named processed cheese....its FAKE CHEESE. how can you say your favourite cheese is fake cheese? in canada we call it what it is, processed cheese. not american cheese. (if ppl dont know what i mean... think of cheese slices)

I don't know what other areas call it, but we call call it longhorn ceddar or hoop cheese.
It is a cheddar cheese that is very sharp and crumbly. sooooooo good.
