Predestination implies that the course of someone's life is already planned, so to speak. It means that people are meant to do certain things and cannot change what happens.
Free will is the opposite, since it means that a people have choices in what they do, and that those choices affect the course of their lives. Nothing is predetermined, everything hinges on what an individual decides to do, and the consequences of the choices made determines the future

Basically the same thing. God (if there is one) gave us free will to live as we choose...If we choose a life that is bad than we are predestined to go to Hell (if there is one)...If we choose a life that is good than we are predestined to go to Heaven (if there is one). Of course all is absolved by acceptance of Jesus so you can do as you will anyway regardless of predestination or your actions. PEACE!

Many have tried. It is still debatable. Probably because it is misinterpreted.
Edit: Try checking with some Baptist churches. They have it both ways. Some believe in predestination-others believe in free will. Their pastors are usually very educated.

Destiny is your purpose in life...as we all have one. We use our free will to lead us into it. It isn't an oxymoron like it may appear. How we conduct ourselves while fulfilling our destiny is up to us. If we should get lost along the way; fate will guide us back into it...therefore, some things are predestined. Our real happiness is derived from fulfilling our purpose and in discovering who we really are...and this in turn, promotes our return to our origins...as spiritual beings.

free will is your chance to accept or reject your predestination. Usually, FW is not doing what you want to do, or doing what you don't want to do. funny how that works. Predestination usually results from doing just what you want to do.

This even if does no longer mean Allah is delighted with the guy in the adventure that they do evil. Allah gave us a decision to do evil or sturdy yet you could't do neither without Allah keen it to happen. You get it now? Allah stated in the Quran(meaning): "and also you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds." Surah 80 one ayah 29. That ayah skill you could't do something without Allah, sturdy or undesirable. i wish you recognize sister. Please tell me when you're nonetheless perplexed.

Rather than take up a page explaining this, I am going to give you a link to a very comprehensive article that talks about that very thing. It will take you to your Bible, so please don't hesitate to look up the scriptures.
